This was my 2nd MR2 and my
first MR2 Supercharger bought for £6000 in 1997.
I had always been after a
Supercharger since i found out they existed in Japan, USA and
Canada, during an MR2 event i found a company importing JDM
(Japanese Domestic Market) cars into the UK and actually had a
supercharger in stock! The very next day i went to have a look
and had bought it on the spot! It was a completely standard
1988 SC in SuperWhite II, it was however an automatic which
was a bit unfortunate. It was in excellent condition inside
and out as the pictures show. Unfortunately
it was crashed within a month of buying
it, a case of bad driving, bad Japanese tyres and cold damp
roads!
This MR2 was
scrapped in 1997
